The room was brand-new and big size, it had a large bathroom. The location was good - near to the centre of the village, Langendorf and the bus stop. It also was between hikes.
There was no reception which we expected.

Loved the convenience of the nearby public transport stop, perfect for exploring Solothurn. The restaurant had fantastic daily menus and a great wine selection. The hotel itself was quiet and had a lovely garden terrace where I could dine outside.
Who needs air conditioning when you can sweat all night in a stuffy room without it?

Despite a few minor inconveniences, our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The room we stayed in was modern and comfortable, with a double bed and a firm mattress that helped us sleep well. We also appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the availability of free parking spaces outside. The hotel's WiFi and TV worked well, allowing us to stay connected and entertained. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the lovely food served there. Additionally, the location of the hotel, only 10 minutes away from our daily destination, was very convenient for us. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

What a convenient location for public transport! The daily menus at the restaurant were simply delightful, especially when paired with their extensive wine selection. The free parking and the charming garden terrace were great bonuses. Just a small inconvenience: solid wood furniture is not very comfy to sit on for long periods of time.

The room I stayed in at Gasthof National was fantastic! It had a cozy and comfortable feel that made me instantly feel at home. The free WiFi was a huge plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was a convenient feature, ensuring that I had everything I needed.
I didn't particularly fancy the shared toilet in the room. But hey, that's just my personal opinion, and others might not mind it at all.

I recently stayed at Gasthof National for 5 nights with my family of 5. The 3 double bed apartment was spacious and had a large TV with multilingual channels. The room and en-suite bathroom were clean and had 2 windows for a cooling breeze. Located above a bar and restaurant, our room was surprisingly quiet. The hotel also provided free parking and was conveniently close to the Jurahohenweg and the Weissenstein. The staff were friendly, helpful, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. a great value for our stay.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
